We need to output HTML fragment with sections only where there is real specific content. Must use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must include Pay and Benefits only if posting actually states them. The posting includes "The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $266,850 - $366,916" and benefits list. So we can include Pay and Benefits sections. Schedule? Not mentioned. So omit Schedule. We need sections: About the role (maybe from introductory paragraph), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (maybe qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe separate?), Skills (maybe not explicit), Benefits, Pay. We must decide what content goes where. The posting includes: "Join us in pioneering breakthroughs..." that's about company culture. Could be About the role? Actually "About the role" could be description of role and environment. We'll put that in About the role. Responsibilities: list of duties/responsibilities bullet points. Requirements: maybe location, education, experience, certification etc. Qualifications: maybe similar. But we need to avoid duplication. The posting has "Qualifications" section with bullet points: Located or willing to relocate..., M.S. or PhD..., Minimum of 5+ years..., Candidates who have passed..., Experience with HDR and SRS..., Computer system administration..., Certification..., Must apply for and maintain relevant State licensing... We could treat that as Qualifications. Requirements could be maybe none separate; but we need to include a section only if there is real specific content. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But rules: we can have both if content distinct. Perhaps we can put location, education, experience, certification under Qualifications, and maybe "Skills" could be things like "Experience with HDR and SRS programs", "Computer system administration experience", "Knowledge of regulatory compliance", etc. But we already have those in qualifications. Might be better to have only Qualifications and Responsibilities, About the role, Benefits, Pay. Skills maybe not needed if no explicit skills list beyond those. But we could still create Skills section with items like "Experience with HDR and SRS", "Computer system administration", "Knowledge of regulatory standards", "Ability to collaborate", etc. However we must not invent or summarize away detail; we must preserve ALL substantive information; we can rephrase but must keep detail. If we create Skills section, we need to pull from posting explicit skill mentions. The posting mentions: "Experience with High Dose Rate (HDR) and Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) programs preferred." "Computer system administration experience with patient record and verify database applications desirable." Also "Ensures compliance with Federal, State and organizational regulations for radiation safety." "Participates in development of organizational Performance Improvement activities..." etc. Those are more responsibilities. So maybe Skills section could be redundant. Better to omit Skills if no explicit skill list separate. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. We must not include Schedule. Now we need to strip boilerplate: The long "Who we are", "How we work", EEO statement, Reasonable Accommodations, California Privacy Notice, Export Control, Data Privacy, Beware of Job Scams, etc. All that must be removed. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie etc. We need to preserve all substantive information: The introductory paragraph about pioneering breakthroughs, inspiring environment, etc. Also description of facility, location, lifestyle. Also duties/responsibilities list. Also qualifications list. Also benefits list. Also pay range. We must not include application instructions like "Please create a profile..." etc. That's boilerplate; remove. Now craft HTML. We'll have:

We should not include the line about "Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites..." etc. That's more like a requirement but could be considered a requirement. However it's about vendor credentialing etc. Might be considered a requirement but it's somewhat boilerplate? It's still substantive info about job requirements. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The vendor credentialing requirement is not exactly boilerplate; it's a job requirement. Should we keep? It's about needing to meet vendor credentialing requirements. Could be considered a requirement. However it's fairly specific. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it if it's substantive. Where to place? Could be under Qualifications or Requirements. Since we don't have a Requirements section, we could add it to Qualifications. But we already have Qualifications list; we can add another bullet. Similarly there is line: "Unless prohibited by law, position must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access and must continue to meet those requirements during the course of employment in this position. These requirements vary by client and may include, but are not limited to: Proof of valid identification (photo, driver's license, SSN) Criminal background checks Drug screens Immunizations (COVID-19, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus) Annual TB testing Healthcare training." That's substantive. We should include that as part of Qualifications (maybe as a sub-bullet). We'll add bullet points. We must ensure we don't include the EEO statement etc. So we will remove all that. Now also there is line: "The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:" we already captured benefits. Now also there is line: "Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position." That's also a requirement. We'll add bullet. Now also there is line: "Many clients require Siemens Healthineers employees and representatives to meet certain Vendor Credentialing requirements before they will be allowed to have access to their sites." Already covered. Now also there is line: "Unless prohibited by law, position must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access and must continue to meet those requirements during the course of employment in this position." Already. Now also there is line: "These requirements vary by client and may include, but are not limited to: Proof of valid identification (photo, driver's license, SSN) Criminal background checks Drug screens Immunizations (COVID-19, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus) Annual TB testing Healthcare training." We'll break into bullet list maybe. Now also there is line: "Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:" etc remove. Now also there is line: "Reasonable Accommodations:" remove. Now also there is line: "California Privacy Notice:" remove. Now also there is line: "Export Control:" remove. Now also there is line: "Data Privacy:" remove. Now also there is
