About the Role

Media Specialist TAMs work across all AWS Elemental media products and CloudFront, applying their product knowledge to key customer projects during specification, development, deployment, and acceptance phases to deploy video workflows. They collaborate closely with Media Specialist Solutions Architecture (SA) teams in AWS Sales, helping to understand customer needs and design relevant media solutions. Media Specialist TAMs also work with customers to transition these solutions from conceptual design to long-term production operations. When customized solutions are required, they may work with AWS Professional Services, representing customer operational needs and aligning with AWS Support capabilities. While not expected to develop software, a software development background is valuable for understanding complex customer needs and driving software solutions. Media Specialist TAMs take ownership of the long-term operational health of deployed solutions, significantly contributing to customer success.
