Sr. Media Analyst
Responsibilities
- Own measurement strategy throughout the paid media campaign lifecycle.
- Develop measurement frameworks, KPIs, and success criteria aligned with campaign goals.
- Design learning agendas and experimentation plans to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Apply measurement approaches including attribution, incrementality, brand lift, and full-funnel performance analysis.
- Analyze campaign performance and connect media outcomes to business objectives.
- Deliver recommendations that influence campaign optimization, budget allocation, and future marketing strategy.
- Partner with media, marketing, analytics, and Fan Intelligence teams to guide measurement decisions and improve measurement capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing supporting a global consumer brand.
- Experience designing or supporting measurement strategies for paid media campaigns.
- Experience applying marketing measurement methodologies, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), incrementality testing, brand lift, or similar frameworks.
- Experience evaluating full-funnel media performance and translating measurement into business recommendations.
- Experience uncovering insights and presenting recommendations to cross-functional partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables.
- Experience creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint and managing project deliverables.

Pay, Benefits & Schedule
PAY RANGES
British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria): $77,700 - $107,900 CAD
Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane): $82,200 - $106,400 USD
For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
