Sr. Marketing Operations Manager II
About the role
The Owned In-House Agency Team will be part of the Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) marketing team. The CSO mission is to create demand, convert demand efficiently at scale, and deliver value by increasing effectiveness and efficiency across Marketing. CSO owns the planning, execution, optimization, innovation and stewardship of Paid and Owned media. The Owned In-House Agency Team supports the LinkedIn Owned Media team, which leads channel strategy, prioritization, and performance across Email and LinkedIn Ads.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the Owned In-House Agency vision by scaling the team and its automation/tooling to drive execution excellence.
- Drive the tooling and AI roadmap across LinkedIn Ads and email operations.
- Lead and develop the email operations and LoL team; set expectations and manage performance.
- Run production and operations across multiple businesses and channel programs.
- Ensure rigorous execution to meet or exceed financial goals.
- Balance priorities, track KPIs, and apply insights to improve performance.
- Partner cross-functionally to maximize campaign effectiveness and outcomes.
Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience
- 4+ years of leadership experience (with or without direct reports)
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience; platform management and email marketing preferred
- Experience managing offshore teams
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Change management and risk mitigation experience preferred
- Proven use of automation and AI tooling to deliver impact

Pay
The pay range for this role is $149,000 to $233,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
