About the role
The Marketing Operations Senior Coordinator supports firm practice leaders, lawyers, C-suite, and other marketing team members in all aspects of the firm's webinars and similar marketing activities that showcase thought leadership and brand differentiators. This role focuses on webinar intake, planning, promotion, and execution, requiring an agile self-starter with strong critical thinking and attention to detail. The position drives operational excellence and collaboration within the Marketing & Business Development (MBD) department, working closely with the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to execute complex, cross-departmental initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for webinar support, including planning calls, drafting electronic invites, scheduling tech runs, coordinating email schedules, requesting CLE credits, attending webinars, and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Prioritize competing deadlines, anticipate client needs, and proactively troubleshoot to deliver accurate and timely services.
- Support the firm’s webinar programs with strong organizational skills, including cross-functional coordination for logo placements, branded content creation, and live webinar presence.
- Utilize company resources to complete tasks efficiently.
- Compile presentations, key metrics, and reports for leadership.
- Use ServiceNow for workflow tracking, InterAction and MS Dynamics for CRM, and the Zoom webinar platform.
- Assist with day-to-day requests such as bio updates, reports, and research in accordance with SLA turnaround times.
- Actively participate in lawyer meetings as requested or appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing and/or business development in a law firm or professional environment.
- Webinar and project management experience required.
- Working knowledge of webinar operations and marketing, including proficiency with Zoom or other webinar platforms.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external contacts, including practice and firm leaders.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and particularly CoPilot.
- Ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with little to no supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, with occasional walking and standing required.
Location
This hybrid position is available in our Chicago, Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Philadelphia, Phoenix, or Raleigh office.
Pay
The expected hiring range for this position is $34.08 - $48.74 per hour, depending on the candidate’s geographic market location. Non-exempt positions will be paid on an hourly basis with overtime in accordance with applicable laws. Compensation will also depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
