Responsibilities
- Develop best-in-class proposal-based channel marketing strategies.
- Aid in establishing the overall SMB Go-To-Market plan.
- Shares ownership of marketing revenue goal with Vendor Business Manager(s).
- Mets assigned revenue, profit and investment objectives.
- Owes cross-departmental planning and project management which includes establishing milestones, project tracking, driving mutual performances and meeting deadlines.
- Identifies incremental marketing opportunities to layer upon existing approved manufacturer partner’s plans.
- Identifies and collaborates with purchasing and sales team objectives in specified quarters and develops marketing plans to help achieve.
- Develops relationships with manufacturer partners to meet with and discuss business opportunities and challenges.
- Able to assess market opportunities and determine the best fit engagement campaign.
- Identifies new program activities/offering based upon manufacturer partners' needs and in alignment with overall Sales strategy.
- Responsible for maintaining high satisfaction ratings with our manufacturer partners.
- Achieves ongoing measurement goals (KPIs) including but not limited to development of creative Marketing strategy & plans, relationship building & management with both internal and external stakeholders, overall manufacturer partners satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Understands how to develop data-driven marketing plans and speaks to results.
- Travel to D&H Events when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field required.
- 6+ years Marketing Manager (Function Manager) experience required.
