Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the annual brand plan to deliver differentiated value to core customers and support company goals.
- Design and implement downstream marketing initiatives, including targeted brand campaigns.
- Develop and deploy marketing assets, sales enablement messaging, and tools to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, ensuring alignment with medical, legal, and regulatory guidelines.
- Gather and synthesize market insights through market research and regular field engagement to identify unmet clinical, operational, and economic customer needs.
- Champion cross-functional brand initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Sales Training, Medical Affairs, Professional Relations, Global Marketing, Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA), Operations, and R&D.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure marketing initiative effectiveness and overall brand performance.
- Coordinate with internal and external agency teams to initiate, manage, and deliver marketing projects from concept to completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or healthcare; MBA a plus. Other concentrations considered with relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical device/technologies industry, preferably in marketing; experience in sales or medical affairs also considered.
- Understanding of medical devices, hospital coding, and health economics is advantageous.
- At least 5 years in strategic or marketing functions.
- Strong project management skills with ability to complete projects with limited supervision.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong analytical capabilities.
- Skilled in communicating change initiatives verbally, in writing, and through presentations, including executive leadership interactions.
- Up to 20-30% travel required.
Pay
$165-180K based on experience.
