Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide market access analytics across pricing, contracting, reimbursement, and channel strategy.
- Develop scenario models and business impact assessments to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide executive-level insights on access performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Define and track key performance indicators related to payer access, reimbursement, and patient journey performance.
- Lead analytics supporting Buy and Bill and Specialty Pharmacy channel optimization.
- Analyze HUB, payer, and field reimbursement data to identify trends and access barriers.
- Build scalable reporting, analytics, and data governance capabilities across multiple data sources.
- Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Market Access, Finance, Patient Services, and other stakeholders to support strategic planning and business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in market access analytics, pricing, reimbursement, HEOR, or related healthcare analytics functions. Deep understanding of payer dynamics, reimbursement, and channel strategy. Experience influencing senior leaders through data-driven recommendations. Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to build and scale analytics capabilities that drive business impact.
