Sr. Manufacturing & Digitalization Architect (IL) (1395)
Job Summary
The Sr. Manufacturing & Digitalization Architect is responsible for designing, enabling, and advancing digital manufacturing capabilities across production environments. This role drives digitalization initiatives that integrate automation, robotics, AI applications, and manufacturing systems to improve operational performance, data integrity, and manufacturing outcomes.
Essential Functions
- Lead and support digitalization initiatives across manufacturing environments to improve performance, quality, and operational visibility
- Design and support system integration between manufacturing systems, including MES integration, SAP manufacturing, automation platforms, and production quality systems
- Support process optimization efforts using data-driven approaches, automation, robotics, and digital tools
- Enable and support AI applications, including predictive quality, anomaly detection, and advanced analytics use cases in manufacturing operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation and robotics solutions aligned with manufacturing and quality objectives
- Ensure data integrity across manufacturing and digital systems to enable reliable analytics and decision-making
- Serve as a senior technical resource for manufacturing digitalization, system integration, and automation initiatives
- Lead implementation of AI/ML use cases, including predictive quality and anomaly detection
- Support process optimization initiatives using advanced analytics and digital manufacturing systems
- Collaborate across manufacturing, IT, quality, and engineering teams on complex digital solutions
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting manufacturing automation, AI/ML use cases, production quality systems, and cross-functional projects
Preferred Education and Experience Requirements
- Experience supporting Industry 4.0 and smart factory technologies
- Exposure to QMS integrations, PLC/HMI awareness, IoT sensors, and analytics platforms
- Experience with cloud manufacturing systems and advanced data platforms
- Manufacturing experience in automotive or heavy industrial environments
- Strong background in project coordination and cross-functional collaboration

Pay Range
$97,920 - $117,470 annually
