Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and maintain manufacturing processes and routings with a focus on continuous improvement
- Cultivate and drive productivity initiatives across manufacturing operations
- Support machine shop, assembly, and test areas by implementing optimized processes, programs, and tooling solutions
- Design tooling and fixtures for both assembly and CNC applications
- Create and maintain comprehensive work instructions and fixture design documentation
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in assembly or CNC manufacturing environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred, with a focus on tooling and fixture design
