Also maybe Environmental Conditions could be part of Responsibilities or Requirements? Could be under Responsibilities or maybe a separate section like Working Conditions. But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can put environmental conditions under Responsibilities or Requirements. Probably under Responsibilities as part of duties. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must preserve all substantive info. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft sections:

    About the role

As part of the Thermo Fisher Scientific team, you’ll discover meaningful work that makes a positive impact on a global scale. Join our colleagues in bringing our Mission to life every single day to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. We provide our global teams with the resources needed to achieve individual career goals while helping to take science a step beyond by developing solutions for some of the world’s toughest challenges, like protecting the environment, making sure our food is safe or helping find cures for cancer.

Location: Plainville, MA Drug Product Division.

Maybe location could be separate but we can include here.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform Drug Product manufacturing activities in classified cleanroom environments, including aseptic setup, material preparation, formulation support, filling, and related operations using isolators, biosafety cabinets (BSCs), and other controlled processing equipment.
    • Operate, monitor, clean, and support troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and automated systems while following approved SOPs, batch records, aseptic techniques, cGMP requirements, and site safety procedures.
    • Perform visual inspection of finished Drug Product, including identification and segregation of defects, completion of required documentation, and support of inspection-related activities in accordance with approved procedures and quality requirements.
    • Execute routine cleanroom and equipment activities such as cleaning, disinfection, line clearance, component preparation, environmental monitoring support, and material transfers while maintaining proper gowning and contamination-control practices.
    • Accurately complete batch records, logbooks, forms, and other GMP documentation in real time and in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
    • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Validation, and other cross-functional teams to support investigations, deviations, CAPAs, equipment qualifications, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Adhere to environmental conditions: ability to lift 40 lbs. without assistance; adherence to all GMP Safety Standards; cleanroom restrictions (no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair); work in cold room/freezers at -22°F/-6°C; use required PPE (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.); work with hazardous/toxic materials.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Biochemical, Biology, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
    • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field.
    • Preferred experience in a cGMP environment.
    • Preferred experience working in a clean room environment.

    Qualifications

    • Knowledge of cGMP regulations, aseptic manufacturing practices, and cleanroom operations.
    • Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and automated systems while following standard operating procedures and batch records.
    • Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, problem-solving ability, and effective communication in a collaborative team environment.
Maybe Skills section could be same as Qualifications; but we can combine or separate. Since we have both Qualifications and Skills allowed, we could put knowledge/abilities under Qualifications and maybe specific technical skills under Skills. But we don't have separate list. Could put same content under Skills. However we should avoid thin sections. Better to have only Qualifications and maybe omit Skills if duplicate. But we need to follow instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could omit Skills if it would be thin. We have Qualifications with substantive content. So we can skip Skills.

    Benefits

    • Competitive pay with performance‑related bonus where eligible and annual merit‑based increase.
    • Comprehensive Total Rewards package including medical, dental, and vision plans with health incentive programs.
    • Employee assistance and family support programs (commuter benefits, tuition reimbursement).
    • At least 120 hours paid time off (PTO) per year, 10 paid holidays.
    • Paid parental leave (3 weeks for bonding, 8 weeks for caregiver).
    • Accident and life insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability.
    • Retirement and savings programs such as competitive 401(k) U.S. retirement savings plan.
    • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) offering discounted company stock.

    Pay

The estimated hourly pay range for this position in Massachusetts is $19.64–$29.46 per hour, with eligibility for a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance.

    Schedule

    Second shift (afternoons).

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Competitive Pay Performance Related Bonus where eligible Annual merit performance-based increase Excellent Benefits..." we turned into benefits. Check for duplication: we included pay range and bonus. Check for any missing substantive info: we included location, mission, impact statement, responsibilities, education, experience, qualifications, benefits, pay, schedule. We omitted "How Will You Make an Impact?" we included that as part of About the role? Actually we have mission statement but not the impact specifics. The "How Will You Make an Impact?" paragraph: "As a Sr. Formulation Technician, you will help manufacture life-saving pharmaceutical products while ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations and quality standards. Your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to operate manufacturing equipment will directly support reliable product supply and improve patient outcomes." This is substantive; we should include it. Could be placed under About the role or Responsibilities. Probably under About the role as it describes impact. Let's add a paragraph under About the role after mission. Thus About the role will have two paragraphs: mission and impact. Let's adjust. Also we included "Location: Plainville, MA Drug Product Division." Could be separate but fine. Now ensure we didn't include any filler like "NA or APAC". We omitted that. Check for any other specifics: "Education: (NA or APAC) High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree: Biochemical, Biology, Mechanical Engineering". We captured high school required, bachelor's preferred. Experience: we captured. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: we captured. Physical Requirements / Work Environment: we included some in responsibilities (lifting, PPE, cold room, hazardous materials). Also we didn't include details about physical demands like ability to function in dynamic environment, learn new software, make decisions, aseptic gown, vision requirements, sit/stand, lift, walk, etc. Those are substantive; we should include them. They are part of Physical Requirements / Work Environment. We could add a bullet under Responsibilities or maybe a separate section like Working Conditions but not allowed. We can add under Responsibilities as additional bullet. Let's add bullet: "Ability to function in a dynamic environment, balance multiple priorities, learn new software/tools quickly, make decisions with minimal to moderate supervision, and aseptically/sterile gown as needed." Also bullet: "Requires close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus; regularly talk and hear; frequently sit and stand for extended periods; occasionally lift, stand, walk, use hands,
