Sr. Manager, TPM, Alexa Connections

Key job responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of 10+ TPMs
• Drive end-to-end program execution (strategy → launch → metrics)
• Partner with Engineering, Product, UX, and leadership
• Own roadmap prioritization and portfolio management
• Deliver scalable processes for agility, quality, and execution
• Manage executive communication and stakeholder alignment

Alexa Connections is a highly distributed team across six Amazon approved sites. We have industry experts in real time communications, computer vision, media processing, consumer facing UX. Basic Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in technical program/product management or software engineering
• 7+ years experience managing technical teams, including managers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Strong technical background with ability to understand complex architectures and technologies
• Experience leading large-scale consumer-facing products/services
• Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML, LLM, privacy/security technologies
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and distributed systems
• Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies
• Strong product sense and customer focus
