Principal Product Manager - Technical, Alexa Connections

Responsibilities

• Own and define the vision, strategy, and product roadmap, manage tradeoffs and dependencies with key stakeholders, and execute on deliverables
• Work closely with the engineering, design, and science teams to develop an offering that will delight customers
• Drive product launches including working with business development, Alexa partner teams, public relations team, executives in other companies, and other product management team members
• Monitor the business and refine the roadmap

Requirements

• 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience; Bachelor's degree; Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product; Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition; Experience with end to end product delivery; Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product; Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements; Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Pay

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

• USA, CA, Irvine - 179,900.00 - 243,400.00 USD annually
• USA, CA, Sunnyvale - 206,900.00 - 279,900.00 USD annually
• USA, WA, Seattle - 179,900.00 - 243,400.00 USD annually
