Sr. Manager, Strategy

The Senior Manager, Strategy plays a key role in supporting and driving cross-functional strategies that align with organizational goals and deliver profitable growth. In this role, you will lead analytical efforts, provide insights to inform decision-making, and assist with developing strategic narratives for senior stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as a connector to identify opportunities and align initiatives with enterprise objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis efforts to support strategic initiatives.
- Apply structured problem-solving frameworks to develop actionable recommendations for business challenges.
- Create and refine presentations and documents that clearly communicate strategic recommendations to senior leaders and the board, ensuring all materials are backed by strong data and insights.
- Partner with senior leaders and teams across functions to identify synergies and opportunities for alignment.
- Act as a connector between teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring consistency in strategic execution.
- Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, gather feedback, and refine strategies to improve execution.
- Support senior leaders in driving organizational change by helping to influence and align stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and take responsibility for the development and onboarding of new team members.
- Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships with colleagues, customers, and communities.
- Perform essential job functions such as communication, collaboration, and use of office and computer systems.
- Access and review written and electronic information, move within the work environment, and interact with workplace materials as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field; MBA preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills: demonstrated ability to conduct research, analyze data, and develop actionable insights.
- Effective communication: skilled in crafting clear, compelling narratives and presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences, including executives and the board.
- Cross-functional collaboration: proven track record of working effectively across teams and functions to align initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
- Problem-solving capabilities: ability to apply structured methodologies to identify solutions and resolve complex challenges.
- Leadership skills: capacity to guide team members, support their development, and lead efforts to influence and align stakeholders.
- Project management proficiency: experience managing multiple priorities and projects, with a focus on execution and timely results.
- Professional growth mindset: eager to develop skills and expand professional expertise, with opportunities to advance into future leadership roles.
