Sr. Manager, Corporate Strategy
About the role
The Corporate Strategy team works closely with Adobe’s top executives and the company’s three business units—the Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud—to ensure Adobe stays on its fast growth trajectory. The team has played an active role in some of Adobe’s boldest and most strategic decisions, such as its transition to cloud and its expansion into a leadership position in Digital Marketing.
As a Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy, you will join a highly entrepreneurial team of alumni from management consulting firms and experts in digital media and marketing. The role offers an outstanding opportunity to support senior executives across the business, helping them tackle their most critical challenges and gaining invaluable insights into their decision-making processes. This position often serves as a launchpad to distinctive operational and general management roles both within Adobe and across the tech sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop product strategies and assess the impact of technological trends such as GenAI.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and determine Adobe’s future strategic positioning.
- Craft perspectives on market adjacencies, including strategies to pursue (e.g., build, buy, or partner).
- Drive projects and cross-functional initiatives aimed at accelerating Adobe's long-term growth.
- Influence senior cross-functional stakeholders to take action on strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of proven track record leading transformational change with increasing levels of responsibility, ideally in management consulting, consumer internet, or SaaS strategy.
- Intellectual curiosity and a deep interest in the technology landscape, evolving trends, and long-term horizons.
- Ability to build an “outside-in” point of view on market opportunities and drive clear implications and recommendations.
- Structured thinker with the ability to break down complex problems into discrete elements.
- Hypothesis-led problem solver with executive presence.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience leading teams and a commitment to coaching and mentoring.
- Undergraduate and graduate degrees (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).

Pay
The U.S. pay range for this position is $134,600 – $256,450 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $177,100 – $256,450.
For non-sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as base salary, and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
