Sr Manager, Strategic Sourcing

About the role

This role will manage sourcing and supplier priorities that improve value, reliability, and operational performance. You will partner with finance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and support better purchasing decisions. The position offers the opportunity to improve cost discipline, supplier performance, and the processes that support scalable execution within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Support IFM clients and stakeholders in optimizing project management and sourcing strategies
• Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence for service operations
• Lead sourcing professionals to achieve strategic outcomes
• Conduct market trend analysis and report findings to stakeholders
• Develop and communicate regional and national programs for sourcing

Requirements

• 5-10 years of strategic sourcing or related experience; MBA preferred
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• Strong analytical skills and proven leadership ability in a decentralized environment
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Familiarity with construction, project management, and business transitions

Pay

$134,000 – $164,000 annually
