Key job responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop a global team of exceptional leadership recruiters to execute a growing portfolio of searches for the most specialized and impactful roles at Amazon.
• Lead and coach a team through the executive search process including end to end candidate management, search management, client management, and talent reporting.
• Work with business leaders across Amazon to define continuous success for senior Design talent.
• Evolve the current frameworks of Design leadership hiring to accelerate Amazon's ability to innovate on behalf of customers.
• Become an internal subject matter expertise on design hiring at Amazon and become a trusted partner to Amazon's design leaders, recruiting and HR partners.
• Lead new creative thinking about talent acquisition be a thought leader in driving the direction and synthesis of new candidate experiences.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive corporate or search firm recruiting at executive level experience
• 5+ years of progressive technical recruiting at executive level experience
• 5+ years of advising and influencing leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools, CRM systems, and complex spreadsheets
