Sr Manager, Social Media
About the role
This role leads the Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile social media team, setting the strategic vision for how the brands show up across every platform and ensuring that vision is executed with creative excellence. It combines bold brand instincts with sharp business thinking, translating each brand’s personality into content and campaigns that drive measurable results in engagement, reach, and customer growth. The role thrives at the intersection of creative ambition and data-driven decision-making, partnering closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize social's impact across owned and paid channels. Success is defined by a social program operating with taste, rigor, and distinct brand voices that meaningfully move the business.
Responsibilities
- Inspire, lead, and develop a team of social media campaign managers and content creators — setting a high creative bar, fostering a culture of bold ideas, and driving both individual growth and collective performance
- Architect and own social media strategy, defining how the brand's voice takes shape on social, channel mix, and content vision across owned platforms, with clear KPIs that connect creative ambition to measurable community growth and engagement
- Collaborate with paid media teams and external partners to create and optimize paid social media campaigns for increased reach and effectiveness
- Apply sharp brand taste and cultural fluency to greenlight, shape, and direct social campaigns that build Mint and Ultra's awareness and product consideration through both owned and paid channels, always with a distinct creative point of view
- Translate social strategy, creative concepts, and performance results into compelling narratives for executive leadership, championing social as a core business driver backed by results
- Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required). Acceptable areas of study include Communications, Marketing, Business, PR or related field (Preferred).
- 7-10 years developing & leading complex integrated marketing programs in an agency or corporate environment (Preferred)
- 4-7 years leading direct reports in a fast-paced, high-volume Advertising, Marketing, Communications, and/or Public Relations function for a large corporation or agency (Preferred)
- Wireless or Mobile experience or heavy knowledge of the space is a plus (Preferred)

At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel required.
Pay
Base Pay Range: $108,700 - $196,200. Corporate Bonus Target: 20%. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience.
