Built originally on the proven success of Dhar Mann’s own Top Videos compilation channels, the agency helps partners unlock new revenue streams by repurposing existing content across platforms. Our expertise spans video compilation, channel optimization, analytics, and distribution.
What You Have
- 7+ years of sales experience in influencer marketing, talent management or creator partnerships.
- A deep network of creator industry connections is a must.
- A deep understanding of YouTube, social video platforms, monetization models, and creator dynamics.
- Exceptional operational and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results fast.
- A low-ego, entrepreneurial mentality, ready to innovate quickly in a fast-moving creator economy.
Who Oversees You
Sr. Manager, Sales of 5th Quarter Agency will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Social Operations and collaborate closely with the Dhar Mann Studios executive leadership team.
Where It All Goes Down
Our headquarters and studio are based in Burbank, CA until September of 2026. Chatsworth after September 2026. This is a full time onsite role.
