Sr. Manager - Projects and Engineering 4D

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end D365 F&O implementation and upgrade projects, tracking risks and progress
• Engage directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and lead alignment workshops
• Collaborate with offshore teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Develop project plans and ensure adherence to project methodologies like Agile and Waterfall
• Oversee deliverables and testing phases to ensure timely solution deployment

Qualifications

• 14+ years of IT project management experience
• 8+ years managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects
• Proven project management expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with PMP certification preferred
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of D365 F&O and Power Platform tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
