Key job responsibilities

  • Lead a team focused on Devices marketing across off and onsite surfaces
  • Develop frameworks for understanding how customers move through our marketing funnel, what influences conversion, and where we have leverage
  • Drive experimentation programs that optimize CX and improve business outcomes
  • Build relationships with product line leaders, central teams, and technology partners to influence the customer experience
  • Establish mechanisms and reporting that give leadership clear visibility into marketing inputs and their connection to business results
  • Identify and drive long-term process improvements that scale the team's impact

Basic Qualifications

  • 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • 6+ years of team management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives

About the role

This role combines strategic ownership of business outcomes with hands-on leadership of a high-performing team in one of Amazon's most visible product organizations. You will use data to understand what drives customer behavior across our online surfaces, identify where we can improve, and build the mechanisms to act on those insights at scale.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Pay

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

  • USA, WA, Seattle - 178,100.00 - 240,900.00 USD annually

Schedule

The position is based in Seattle, covering the North America region.
