Sr. Manager, Marketing Technology & Innovation
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and optimization of the firm’s marketing technology stack, ensuring existing tools are leveraged while evaluating new ones for potential adoption.
- Plan and implement AI and automation initiatives that accelerate department response times, improve client experience, and surface new business opportunities faster.
- Maximize existing marketing technology tools, advancing marketing automation, CMS integration, and data governance, including innovation pilots and product launches.
- Upskill the Strategy & Marketing team to maximize technology adoption.
- Oversee technical training, change management, and vendor partnerships.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education, Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 7+ years of marketing technology experience.
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
- Expertise in CRM, automation platforms, analytics, and system integration.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
Expected Salary Range
The expected salary range for this position is $150k - $180k. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skill set, and geographic location.
