Sr. Manager, Product IoT/OT

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the go-to-market strategy for IoT/OT security products
• Collaborate with enterprise sales on high-stakes deals
• Develop scalable channel strategies with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and VARs
• Translate technical product features into executive-level business outcomes
• Represent the company as a subject matter expert at industry events
• Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams to guide product development

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity GTM, product strategy, channel, or business development, particularly in Manufacturing or Critical Infrastructure
• Proven ability to create GTM plans that align with financial metrics and present to executive leadership
• Expertise in Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and operational tools like Salesforce (SFDC)
• Familiarity with IoT/OT environments, including SCADA and IIoT architectures
• Experience with partner-led programs and enabling GSI/VAR field teams

$158,000 – $255,000 annually
