Responsibilities
Leading innovation, build efforts, products, and business-as-usual support operations across Process Technology
Owning timelines, priorities, delivery quality, and business outcomes tied to technology investments and value realization
Driving standardization, automation, and operational reliability across global platform and country-level processes
Partnering with Global Technology teams, process excellence teams, and other stakeholders to evaluate feasibility and align delivery approaches
Preparing execution-ready recommendations, guiding transformation initiatives from idea through deployment, and supporting adoption across the business
Qualifications
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 - 3 days per week
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Process Technology with demonstrated experience leading technology teams delivering digital products, process transformation, and operational improvements
- Proven experience with application programming interfaces (APIs), Structured Query Language (SQL), extract, transform, load / extract, load, transform (ETL/ELT), data pipelines, automation, and enterprise integration patterns, including evaluation of architecture options and scalable solution design
- Strong skills in Python-based solutions, workflow automation, and software delivery practices
- Demonstrated experience with generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) / large language model (LLM) solutions, including prompt design, orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), evaluations, and guardrails
- Successful experience defining and tracking adoption, cycle-time reduction, quality, and operational impact metrics
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Able to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
