Responsibilities
- Review and analyze pharmaceutical pricing and rebate structures across the generic pharmaceutical business for both Rx and OTC products.
- Prepare comprehensive pricing models for new business opportunities, incorporating product costing insights to recommend competitive pricing.
- Create detailed profitability analysis for RFPs, price adjustments, and new product launches.
- Conduct in-depth pricing analysis using Advanced Microsoft Excel and maintain and manage pricing data in SAP ERP, Power BI, and Salesforce.
- Develop and implement Pricing & Contract SOPs to ensure adherence across Sales, Finance, and Customer Service.
- Compile monthly in-depth Commercial Operations status summaries for C-suite executives.
- Research and analyze new market opportunities and overall profitability to support pricing strategy development, revenue growth, and margin expansion initiatives.
- Review pricing accuracy within the SAP ERP system and iContracts to ensure consistent contract alignment and accurate customer pricing.
- Coordinate internal and external customer pricing communications.
- Ensure customer pricing remains compliant with contractual terms, including Contract Compliance (MFN Clauses) management and support for contracts negotiation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Market Research, Marketing, Project Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- 5 years' experience in the job offered or as a Pricing Analyst in Rx/OTC within the generic pharmaceutical business.
- Skills and knowledge in Pricing Analysis, Contract Negotiation, Product Costing, Contract Compliance (MFN clauses), SAP ERP, Power BI, Salesforce, Pricing Strategy Development, Revenue Growth, and Margin Expansion.
