Sr. Manager, Platform Services

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Platform Services to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will oversee day-to-day platform operations for digital advertising workflows, with a strong focus on execution quality, service levels, and process discipline. The position will lead a team, partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure operational readiness across campaign traffic and platform management activities. It will also drive reporting, escalations, and process improvements that support efficiency, accuracy, and scalable growth. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $125,097 – $166,796 annually Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage daily ad platform operations. Lead a team of ad platform specialists to ensure effective management and execution. Analyze operational metrics and report findings to leadership. Ensure accuracy in ad execution and enforce workflow processes. Adhere to service level agreements and develop operational strategies. Own end-to-end traffic processes for escalated issues. Recruit and train new analysts to support operations growth. Educate stakeholders on platform management and execution expectations. Create process enhancements to improve operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience in digital Advertising Operations or a related role. 2+ years of team leadership experience. Deep understanding of digital advertising and programmatic buying. Hands-on experience with programmatic campaign management. Familiarity with programmatic standards such as VAST and OpenRTB. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for performance evaluation. Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences. Ability to build trust and collaborate across functions.
