Sr. Manager, People Technology and Services
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, People Technology and Services to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will lead the strategy and execution of people technology initiatives that support a global workforce and enable more effective HR service delivery. You will partner closely with HR, technology, and business stakeholders to prioritize the roadmap, guide complex implementations, and ensure scalable solutions that improve the employee experience. The position also requires strong portfolio management discipline, with a focus on delivery planning, cross-functional coordination, and measurable operational outcomes.
Location: San Mateo, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Pay
$242,050 – $284,900 annually
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to drive HCM technology roadmap prioritization.
- Engage resources early to define levels of effort for projects.
- Oversee the entire implementation lifecycle, from discovery to deployment.
- Manage a complex portfolio of HR technology enhancements and related KPIs.
- Conduct retrospectives and portfolio reviews for capabilities planning.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience architecting scalable HR technology solutions globally.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and multi-year HR technology roadmaps.
- Experience with full lifecycle system implementations, particularly Workday solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and prioritization frameworks for HR technology.
