Responsibilities
- Build, launch, optimize, and troubleshoot paid social campaigns, primarily in Meta Ads Manager.
- Own campaign performance and KPI delivery, making data-driven optimizations to maximize results.
- Partner with strategy, client services, and activation teams to ensure flawless execution of client programs.
- Review and QA campaign work, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay current on platform updates, policies, and backend changes, proactively identifying risks and communicating impacts.
Requirements
- Extensive recent, hands-on experience managing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven success building, optimizing, and scaling paid social campaigns focused on performance outcomes.
- Experience with TikTok Ads; exposure to LinkedIn and Reddit advertising is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving agency environment.
- Self-starter who can operate independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
