Sr. Manager, Organization Enablement & Communication
About the role
The Sr. Manager, Org Enablement & Communication is a strategic leader reporting to the AVP, Marketing. This role is the architect of organizational change and cultural adoption across Kobie.
Responsibilities
- Identify and shepherd major organizational initiatives, from strategic pivots and new capabilities to global expansion, ensuring they're embedded into how we work, communicated with clarity, and realized with intention.
- Work with Leaders to identify emerging organizational initiatives that require thoughtful enablement and cultural adoption, whether that's new team structures, global expansion, or company-wide capability building.
- Work with the President, ELT and relevant function heads to develop a comprehensive change and enablement strategy.
- Manage change momentum through to adoption, closing loops, measuring impact, and adjusting as needed.
- Develop communications that explain not just what is changing, but why it matters to the company, to teams, and to individuals.
- Translate executive vision into clear, cascading communications that drive organizational alignment.
- Partner with the President and ELT on all major announcements—organizational shifts, strategic priorities, new initiatives—to ensure consistency, timing, and impact across the organization.
- Develop and oversee our internal communication cadence (all-hands, newsletters, leadership updates) with strategic intentionality, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces organizational priorities and clarity.
- Support the development of onboarding materials and organizational reference materials that help new and existing teammates understand "how Kobie works" and our values.
- Set the cultural vision in partnership with leadership and listen deeply to close the gaps between organizational intention and lived experience.
- Identify gaps between organizational intention and lived experience, and develop strategies to close them with partnership with leadership.
- Partner with and amplify the work of employee committees—DE&I, Wellness, and affinity groups—ensuring they have strategic backing, visibility, and resources to drive meaningful cultural outcomes.
- Work with HR on employee experience strategy, benefits communication, and organizational listening.
- Support stakeholders on launching new capabilities or messaging globally, with an eye to why it matters to teammates and implications for how they work.
- Maintain strategic alignment with marketing leadership on brand consistency and ensuring organizational culture reinforces market positioning.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, or internal communications.
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational change or capability-building initiatives.
- Experience working cross-functionally with ELT and function leaders on strategic initiatives.
- Strong writing and communication skills; ability to craft messaging for multiple audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, marketing, change management, communications, HR, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
