Sr. Manager of RevOps - Marketing

About the role
The Sr. Manager of RevOps - Marketing is responsible for enhancing efficiency, optimization, and growth in the top-of-funnel marketing and business development representative (BDR) operations. This role acts as a strategic thought partner to marketing leadership, providing data-driven insights and operational support to shape pipeline generation and scaling efforts. The position ensures that marketing and BDR teams have the necessary data, insights, and processes to effectively drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to provide data-backed perspectives on funnel and pipeline generation strategy without owning the strategy.
- Serve as the operational and analytical counterpart to marketing leadership, supporting decisions on channel investment, BDR capacity, territory assignments, quotas, and coverage.
- Assist in annual and quarterly planning for pipeline coverage models, channel mix, and BDR resourcing alongside marketing leadership.
- Identify funnel performance risks and opportunities proactively and recommend options to leadership.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of funnel leakage and conversion issues and propose structural solutions.
- Provide data-driven viewpoints on pipeline efficiency and top-of-funnel yield to guide prioritization.
- Coordinate with revenue operations teams across sales, customer success, and partner functions to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage the marketing and BDR technology stack and reporting infrastructure to support operational needs.
Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS context.
- Proven ability to influence go-to-market decisions collaboratively with functional leadership.
- Experience working closely with marketing, sales, or BDR leadership on planning, capacity, and investment decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent project management skills in driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Strategic thinking balanced with practical execution and a hands-on ownership approach.
Pay
The base salary range for this role is $125,000 to $154,000 USD. This position offers a performance bonus dependent on company performance.
