Sr. Manager of Clinical Operations
About the role
Utilizes database management, decision support, and expert systems programs to access and analyze data for planning patient care processes and systems.
Captures practice site visits with EMR and clinical trainers to optimize workflow.
Oversees waived laboratories, ensuring applications are up to date, developing policies, implementing procedures, and conducting audits as recommended by regulatory agencies.
Trains clinical team members on supply par levels to decrease clinical costs.
Communicates effectively with all team members, providers, and other department leaders.
Manages all patient safety initiatives, including implementation and training for team members.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory and accrediting agencies, including CMS, OSHA, CDC, and Patient Safety regulations.
Promotes and performs continuous quality improvement monitoring, compiling data for trend analysis and reporting to develop and implement quality action plans.
Creates, analyzes, and oversees clinical quality training and the development of clinical measures for the organization.
Maintains a comprehensive Infection Prevention Program with surveillance, documentation, trending, data analysis, and monthly reporting.
Provides infection prevention training and ensures proper use of equipment and PPE following CDC guidelines.
Establishes clinical policies, procedures, strategies, and objectives for the care of the member population.
Performs other duties as assigned.

- Case Management experience (Preferred)
- Chronic Disease Management experience (Preferred)
- Education: Associate (Required), Bachelor's (Preferred) in Nursing, Business Administration or Healthcare Administration or related field
- Work Experience: 3+ years experience in nursing (Required), Experience in practice-based healthcare setting (Required), 2+ years experience in healthcare leadership or training (Preferred), Experience with a large, multi-specialty physician group (Preferred)
Qualifications
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) (Required)
- Registered Nurse (RN) (Required)
- Wound Care Certified (WCC) (Preferred)
Skills
- Knowledge of database management, decision support, and expert systems programs

Pay
$83,699.48 - $155,693.55
