Job Details
As the Sr. Manager of Accounts Payable, you will:
- Oversee the entire P2P process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
- Manage AP lifecycle, providing strategic direction and leadership.
- Work closely with the shared services team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments in implementing financial transformation initiatives.
- Utilize systems such as Tekion and Reynolds & Reynolds to manage financial operations.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the accounts payable process.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounts payable team.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior managerial role within accounts payable or finance operations
- 3+ years of experience leading centralized AP teams.
- A strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes and controls in a high-volume setting
- A track record of leading successful financial transformation initiatives like pay to procure (P2P)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
