Sr. Manager, Accounts Payable

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Accounts Payable professionals
• Establish roles and manage performance expectations within the team
• Foster a service-oriented culture focused on responsiveness and accuracy
• Manage team capacity and prioritize workloads
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and adherence to company policies
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Drive initiatives to increase electronic payments and optimize workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of AP processes, procure-to-pay workflows, and accounting principles
• Experience in a SOX-compliant environment
• Proficiency with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, and AP automation tools like Coupa
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Pay

$131,000 – $170,000 annually
