Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated New Equipment Field Operations Manager to provide direction, support, and leadership for New Equipment Field Operations in the Southwest.

Responsibilities

• Drive Performance to Estimate in the branch offices
• Ensure adherence to Sales Installation Process (SIP)
• Ensure branches are in compliance with CPM17 and GS110 policies
• Drive NE QOP callback rate
• Ensure kick off meetings and target hours assigned prior to start of the project
• Provide on-going training, development, and leadership to the new equipment operations team
• Provide technical direction to field operations staff and participate in large bids
