Responsibilities
- Develop and successfully execute sales strategies, tactics, plans, and budgets for maximizing sales volume while meeting profit margin targets.
- Demonstrate products and provide assistance in the best application of product.
- Contact prospects and explain features and merits of products offered, utilizing persuasive sales techniques.
- Analyze records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred.
- Interpret accounts, trends, and records to management.
- Service accounts and manage relationships regarding pricing, product warranty claims, receivables, etc.
- Develop and coach junior sales associates
- Provide market intelligence to management and peers.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
- 8+ years of related professional and progressive experience in sales in the CPG industry, preferably with large accounts.
- In depth background in multiple channels including food, drug, mass value stores and club.
- Broker management experience a plus.
Requirements
Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Benefits
Annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
Pay
USD $127,700.00 - USD $185,150.00 /A
