About the role
The MarTech Delivery Integration Lead at Schwab is responsible for connecting strategy to execution by transforming complex marketing needs into clear, validated requirements. This role plays a critical part in translating marketing objectives and business intent into scalable, technology-enabled solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve how marketing initiatives move from concept into technical solutioning by defining and optimizing operating models, governance frameworks, intake processes with detailed documentation to drive clarity, prioritization, and delivery readiness.
- Maintain a single source of truth for requirements, decisions, dependencies, success metrics.
- Elicit and document requirements from marketing stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of success criteria, scope, and workflows.
- Partner closely with marketing stakeholders across multiple lines of business and technology teams to define success criteria, clarify scope and workflows, and ensure alignment - helping teams navigate dependencies, constraints, risks, impacts and trade-offs in complex delivery environments and ecosystems.
- Lead cross-team alignment on sequencing, readiness gates, and implementation sign-offs.
- Drive collaboration across Marketing, Schwab Technology Services, Digital Retail, and other partners, ensuring effective solutioning, implementation, adoption, and optimization.
- Support portfolio alignment and prioritization, guide delivery readiness, and reinforce feedback loops that inform continuous improvement.
- Enable teams to make informed decisions, accelerate time-to-value for marketing capabilities, and ensure solutions deliver meaningful impact for the business and our clients.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, product ownership, technical program management, or content enablement within a marketing technology ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technical Communication, or a related field.
- Experience applying AI technologies and tools to support marketing workflows, digital content creation, approvals, implementation, and performance tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into clear, structured requirements, including scope, use cases, workflows, roadmaps and success criteria.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, product, architecture, and engineering teams.
- Experience working in complex delivery environments with dependencies, governance frameworks, and capacity constraints.
- Proven ability to connect business strategy to technical solutions that scale across platforms and channels.
- Strong communication skills, including technical writing, facilitation, and presenting to both leadership and working teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting or leading initiatives involving modern web frameworks or tools such as React, Next.js, Sanity, Workfront, or Bynder.
- Experience working with content management systems, headless CMS platforms, or digital asset management integrations.
- Experience operating in regulated environments where compliance, approvals, and structured workflows influence delivery.
- Proactive and able to navigate ambiguity and drive structured, outcome-oriented solutions through influence and cross-team alignment.
