Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics

About the role

This role will own the marketing operations engine that supports demand generation performance, campaign execution, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will partner closely with marketing, revenue operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to improve lead management, reporting, and launch readiness. The position also carries leadership responsibility for the marketing operations team, ensuring strong process discipline, data quality, and operational scalability.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the marketing automation platforms and tech stack
• Collaborate with the demand generation team to refine lead scoring and nurturing workflows
• Manage enterprise marketing analytics and develop dashboards for campaign tracking
• Streamline campaign intake and enforce SLA compliance for quick launches
• Ensure adherence to global data privacy standards and maintain data quality
• Oversee the marketing operations budget and manage vendor relationships effectively
• Lead and coach the Marketing Operations team while providing training organization-wide

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations and analytics roles
• Advanced expertise in Salesforce CRM; Marketing Cloud experience is a plus
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and SQL/BI platforms, such as PowerBI
• Strong understanding of B2B/B2G revenue operations and lead funnel architecture
• Solid experience in SEO, SEM, and AEO; ABM experience preferred
• Exceptional project management and strategic problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
