About the Role

The Sr. Manager, Learning & Quality Operations, Enrollment leads the team responsible for preparing Enrollment Specialists to effectively support and enroll new members into the cancer care program. This role directly influences the speed, quality, and effectiveness of member enrollment. The position focuses on strengthening onboarding, coaching, knowledge management, and quality assurance programs while using data, AI, and automation to improve team performance and member engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Learning & Quality operating cadence, including planning, goal setting, performance tracking, and progress reporting
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10 professionals across Quality Assurance and Education & Enablement
  • Integrate quality assurance feedback into training and enablement programs to address performance gaps
  • Redesign and modernize onboarding curricula to improve the Enrollment Specialist experience and reduce time to proficiency
  • Maintain an accurate, accessible, and scalable knowledge base for Enrollment Specialists
  • Identify and implement AI and automation solutions to improve quality assurance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Oversee monthly quality assurance processes, including evaluations, coaching, calibration, and performance reporting
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Use performance data and operational metrics to identify trends, prioritize initiatives, and improve enrollment outcomes

Requirements

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in operations, program management, and people leadership, preferably within a high-growth startup environment
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams to achieve operational and performance goals
  • Experience designing and scaling operational programs to support organizational growth
  • Strong ability to present strategies, performance results, and recommendations to senior leadership using data-driven insights
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Strong ownership of operational metrics, reporting, and performance management processes
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
