Sr Manager, Learning Programs - Americas

Responsibilities

• Consult with business leaders to identify performance gaps and learning needs
• Execute learning priorities through various formats including digital and virtual solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design effective sales learning programs
• Govern learning priorities to ensure alignment with global standards
• Track and report on learning program performance and engagement metrics
• Enhance learning content based on feedback and performance data

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in commercial learning or a similar field
• Strong consultative skills for diagnosing performance issues
• In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design
• Experience with digital learning methodologies and virtual training
• Prominent track record of collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in learning metrics and performance trends
• Ability to influence across various functions in a matrixed organization
