Responsibilities
- Consult with business leaders to identify performance gaps and learning needs
- Execute learning priorities through various formats including digital and virtual solutions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design effective sales learning programs
- Govern learning priorities to ensure alignment with global standards
- Track and report on learning program performance and engagement metrics
- Enhance learning content based on feedback and performance data
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in commercial learning or a similar field
- Strong consultative skills for diagnosing performance issues
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design
- Experience with digital learning methodologies and virtual training
- Prominent track record of collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in learning metrics and performance trends
- Ability to influence across various functions in a matrixed organization
