Position Overview

Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Essential Duties, Tasks, And Responsibilities

  • Leverage investment to achieve business outcomes
  • Identify and implement key adoption triggers and call to actions
  • Build cross-functional relationships within Tata Communications
  • Own the complete customer lifecycle from onboarding to retention
  • Define measurable success plans and ensure communication across internal and customer stakeholders
  • Drive faster “time to value” and improve overall customer experience
  • Reduce churn and protect existing revenue
  • Ensure seamless delivery, onboarding, and adoption of products and services
  • Proactively engage customers to understand changing business needs
  • Design and plan tailored workshops and enablement programs
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of internal tools, systems, and processes
  • Collaborate internally with Sales, Solutions, Service Delivery, and other cross-functional groups
  • Drive successful project implementations and revenue growth
  • Manage quality 360-degree life cycle of the customer account
  • Develop deep relationships within the customer account
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or marketing
  • At least 10 years’ experience in the technology industry in a customer-facing role, with quota attainment
  • Significant experience in churn reduction and revenue retention
  • Experience with network services, collaborations solutions, and contracting knowledge
  • Strategic thinker, forward-looking approach, and strong commitment to customer success
  • Exceptional relationship builder, international experience a plus
