Sr. Manager-Inventory Analysis
About the role
We prepare and maintain film projections that influence sales strategy and decisions. We oversee post reporting process, manage system processes for accurate scheduling of ads, and attendance reporting. We provide sales support or customer service to our national sales team.
Responsibilities
- Film Projections - 40%: Build and maintain database of film openings and projected performance. Utilize previous analysis to project film performance. Gather data on ratings, opening dates, and film buzz.
- Inventory and Attendance Reporting - 30%: Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure understanding of changes. Maintain reports for the sales team. Utilize internal attendance cubes for various analysis projects.
- Post Reporting - 15%: Facilitate stewarding and posting of national ad programs. Answer client questions and manage expectations with sales and clients. Develop tools and processes for handling changes in client needs or data availability.
- Ad Hoc Projects - 15%: Responsible for pricing strategy, proposal strategy, onboarding of new software or third-party tools, and other one-off requests. Present ideas to management.
Qualifications
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Expertise in Excel, strong time management, math skills, analytical skills, research skills, good communication, problem-solving skills, ability to manage direct reports.
- Experience and Training: 8–10 years equivalent business experience in advertising, media buying, planning, or media sales fields. College degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

For New York applicants: Salary range of approximately $100,000-$130,000 annually plus bonus, commensurate with skills & experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, FSA/HSA, 401(k), life & accidental death & dismemberment insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, paid holidays, paid leave, commuter benefits, and pet insurance.
