This role will help shape our inventory relationships, ensuring a high-quality, diversified, and performant supply across all emerging and established digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, onboard, and manage strategic relationships with SSPs, ad exchanges, direct publishers, and emerging supply partners (e.g., CTV platforms, retail media networks, gaming environments).
  • Negotiate high-value deals and expand existing partnerships to integrate cutting-edge product features and inventory advancements, focusing on supply path optimization (SPO) and inventory quality.
  • Identify and commercialize new inventory offerings, including advanced CTV, DOOH, in-game, retail media, and high-impact immersive formats, ensuring Cadent maintains a competitive edge.
  • Support an alignment of internal sellers on the optimal supply strategy for RFP responses and business development.
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on the latest supply-side trends, ad formats, and technological advancements, including server-side integrations, identity solutions, and attention metrics.
  • Maintain a robust understanding of the competitive landscape, developing clear POVs and differentiators for each supply partner.
  • Work together with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless technical integrations, troubleshoot delivery issues, and maintain optimal connectivity with partners.
  • Manage company-wide inventory governance and technical specifications, ensuring brand safety and adherence to industry standards.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of inventory performance using advanced data analytics to identify high-performing partners, publishers, and media types.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years’ experience in the digital advertising industry, prior experience working at a DSP/SSP/Exchange a plus.
  • Must understand online advertising dynamics, trends, and technologies; and campaign planning & buying (including RTB).
  • Possess strong analytical framework and ability to problem solve highly technical issues.
  • Adequate in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent in oral and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Effective time management skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, proactive prioritizaton, and delivery of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • BA/BS Degree required.
