This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $145,000 – $220,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead the IGA team to improve and deliver identity governance capabilities across the company's enterprise
- Manage globally distributed teams handling identity governance for systems like ERP, CRM, and cloud environments
- Develop and implement a Role-Based Access Control framework with a focus on Non-Human Identities
- Collaborate with Engineering and Security teams to integrate IAM controls into development lifecycles
- Maintain the operational health and reliability of IAM services, ensuring timely access delivery
- Establish and enforce IAM processes that optimize security and user experience
- Guide the continuous improvement of IAM policies, procedures, and standards
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years in a technical or security services role, with at least 5 years in people management, ideally across distributed teams
- Extensive experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with a successful record of architecting large-scale Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks
- In-depth expertise in identity protocols for Non-Human Identities (NHI), such as SPIFFE/SPIRE and secrets management
- Hands-on knowledge of security frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001, with a focus on risk management practices
- Proven ability to streamline identity lifecycles through automation to optimize user permissions in cloud and on-prem environments
