Sr Manager, HR Technology

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Manager, HR Technology to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will shape the HR technology strategy and lead the systems that support core people processes across the organization. You will partner closely with HR leaders and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. The position requires a strong blend of HR expertise, technical depth, and program leadership to improve system stability, process efficiency, and the employee experience. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $134,600 – $185,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the development and maintenance of technology solutions for HR processes Design and implement IT capabilities aligned with HR strategies Manage organizational impacts of technology solutions on skills and processes Stay current on technology trends to improve HR operations Oversee HR system module configuration and system stability Partner with HR leaders to prioritize technology solutions Direct HR technology implementation projects and manage resources Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline 8+ years of experience in the HR IT field with a blend of technology and HR knowledge 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring HR system modules including Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, and Compensation 5+ years of experience in HR system integration, reporting, and security 3+ years of experience with HR solutions such as Paradox and Adaptive Planning Strong program and project management skills Experience leading diverse teams and influencing stakeholders Benefits Competitive health and dental benefits starting on the first day 401k plan with company contributions Wellness benefits Opportunities for professional development and training Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
