Sr Manager, HR
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: Intro paragraph: "This is where your work makes a difference..." etc. That's about company mission. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" heading would contain description of role. The intro includes mission statement, but also description of role: "The Senior HR Manager will partner closely..." etc. So we can put that under About the role. Then "What you'll be doing:" list of duties. That's Responsibilities. Then "What you'll bring:" list of qualifications/requirements. That includes education, experience, skills. We need to split into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills maybe. But we should avoid thin sections. Could combine into Requirements (education + experience) and Skills (leadership etc). But we need to follow instruction: use headings for those categories if content exists. We can decide to have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Schedule not present, so omit. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to extract specifics. Let's extract About the role: The paragraph(s) before "What you'll be doing:" includes mission statements and description: "This is where your work makes a difference...". Also "The Senior HR Manager will partner closely...". We'll combine into a few
elements. Responsibilities: bullet list after "What you'll be doing:" each line starts with a verb. We'll put each as
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It's just examples; we can choose which to include.
Thus we will have:
About the role
... (mission + role description)
Responsibilities
- ... each duty
Qualifications
BS degree in an HR discipline or equivalent required. MBA or Master’s degree in an HR discipline preferred. Should have at least 8+ years of HR experience that includes at least 5 years of generalist experience. Manufacturing experience in Pharmaceutical, Food/Beverage or any FDA regulated industry.
Skills
- Strong leadership and influence skills, and the ability to drive change
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with management team and to coach and influence decision making of senior leaders
- Strong project management skills and results orientation
- Good business acumen and judgment
- Demonstrated ability to help define, translate and execute on an organization’s strategy
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Solid knowledge of HR strategies, practices and policies
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflict

- Must have basic English written and oral communication skills adequate to communicate with other team members
Benefits
... benefits paragraph
Pay
The estimated base salary for this position is $144,000 to $198,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
We should also include maybe a short paragraph about US Benefits details. The benefits section includes medical, dental, ESPP, 401k, FSA, educational assistance, time off, commuting benefits, Employee Discount Program, EAP, childcare benefits. We'll capture that. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, Reasonable Accommodations, Recruitment Fraud Notice, etc. Also remove "Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time." That's maybe not boilerplate but it's a requirement; but it's about work authorization. Should we keep? It's substantive info about eligibility. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that. Where to place? Could be under Qualifications or a separate section like Eligibility. But we don't have a heading for that. Could incorporate into Qualifications as a sentence. But maybe better to add a short paragraph under Qualifications about work authorization. However the instruction says we should not create sections with filler. Adding a sentence under Qualifications is fine. Thus after qualifications paragraph, add a sentence: "Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; Baxter is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time." Now Benefits: we need to capture all benefits described. Let's extract benefits paragraph: "US Benefits at Baxter (except for Puerto Rico) This is where your well-being matters. Baxter offers comprehensive compensation and benefits packages for eligible roles. Our health and well-being benefits include medical and dental coverage that start on day one, as well as insurance coverage for basic life, accident, short-term and long-term disability, and business travel accident insurance. Financial and retirement benefits include the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), with the ability to purchase company stock at a discount, and the 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan (RSP), with options for employee contributions and company matching. We also offer Flexible Spending Accounts, educational assistance programs, and time-off benefits such as paid holidays, paid time off ranging from 20 to 35 days based on length of service, family and medical leaves of absence, and paid parental leave. Additional benefits include commuting benefits, the Employee Discount Program, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and childcare benefits." We'll put that inunder Benefits. Pay: we have the salary range paragraph. Schedule: not present, omit. Now About the role: Let's craft a concise paragraph(s) preserving all substantive info. Original: "This is where your work makes a difference. At Baxter, we believe every person—regardless of who they are or where they are from—deserves a chance to live a healthy life. It was our founding belief in 1931 and continues to be our guiding principle. We are redefining healthcare delivery to make a greater impact today, tomorrow, and beyond. Our Baxter colleagues are united by our Mission to Save and Sustain Lives. Together, our community is driven by a culture of courage, trust, and collaboration. Every individual is empowered to take ownership and make a meaningful impact. We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results. Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. The Senior HR Manager will partner closely with business and HR leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies. The role will focus on strengthening leadership and manager capability, employee engagement, talent and succession planning, organizational effectiveness, change management, and workforce alignment. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while partnering across HR and Centers of Expertise to ensure people programs and practices are effectively implemented and support both business performance and organizational health." We'll keep that as maybe two
elements: first the mission paragraph(s) then the role description. But we can combine into one
if too long; but it's okay to have multiple
. We'll output:
