About the role
This role is a direct hire located near the Blue Ash, OH area.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, governance, and administration of broad-based compensation programs, including base pay, short-term incentives, and long-term incentive plans.
- Conduct compensation analysis, market benchmarking, salary reviews, and program administration to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
- Lead HRIS configuration, testing, validation, and deployment across Core HR, Benefits, Talent, Onboarding, and other HR modules.
- Own complex HR business process designs, system enhancements, and mass data updates while ensuring alignment with governance and enterprise standards.
- Maintain critical HR master data, including job profiles, job families, roles, organizational structures, and locations.
- Conduct HRIS data audits, identify and resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong data integrity and governance.
- Partner with IT and technical teams on system integrations, security updates, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
- Develop and administer HR policies, procedures, benefits programs, employee handbooks, and personnel documentation.
