About the role
The Sr. Manager, Global Strategic Marketing will lead the development and execution of global marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and market share growth across Lubrizol's product portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Marketing, this role will oversee the strategic direction of marketing initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global marketing strategies that align with business goals and customer needs
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and customer service to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives
- Manage and develop a team of marketing professionals to achieve strategic marketing goals
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic marketing decisions
- Work closely with global marketing partners to ensure consistent messaging and branding across regions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing management, with at least 5 years in a global or international setting
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of global markets and consumer behavior
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards

Pay
- $150,000 - $180,000 annually
