This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Govern content to ensure a healthy ecosystem, maintaining current, properly tagged assets
- Execute global enablement programs to build and sustain field skills across regions
- Manage the operational execution of field communications, ensuring timely and consistent messaging
- Oversee GTM change management processes to reinforce changes and track adoption effectively
- Own the tech stack for enablement tools, ensuring standards are followed across the team
- Lead and develop a specialized team in instructional design and programs, setting priorities and coaching for high output
Qualifications
- 7+ years in sales enablement, revenue programs, or GTM operations with team management and program ownership experience
- Strong program management skills to handle multiple workstreams efficiently
- Experience in change management, navigating field transitions and launches to adoption
- Familiarity with enablement tools and content platforms like LMS or sales engagement tools
- Genuine fluency in AI and hands-on experience with agentic systems for learning and engagement
- Transformational mindset with a vision for innovative enablement practices
- Excellent communication skills for clear writing and confident presentations

Pay
$157,250 – $191,475 annually
