Sr Manager & General Manager, Cleveland

Responsibilities
- Own the P&L and daily operations for an Operating Territory (OT).
- Oversee all areas of the New Equipment, Service, Repair, and Modernization businesses, including sales & operations.
- Drive a customer-centric approach to delivery, removing silos, and serving as the primary collaborator and decision maker closest to the customer.
- Leading by example regarding Otis Absolutes (Safety, Ethics & Quality) and Leadership Behaviors.
- Hire, motivate, and develop a team of office and field-based employees, creating a high-performing culture; promote inclusion, engagement & talent development.
- Manage financial performance and manage profit & loss, deliver a successful sales strategy to drive business growth and market share.
- Act as first line of escalation for customers to support an end-to-end, seamless customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of market dynamics, main competitors, and customers' needs to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build our customer portfolio, create successful, long-lasting relationships.
- Improve efficiencies within all areas, including route optimization and effective allocation of resources.
- Manage transformation initiatives in line with the Operating Unit roadmap.
- Collaborate with Delivery Operations to support continuous improvement and the centralization of admin activities to enable increased focus on the customer.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience within field operations and/or sales.
- Background within construction/engineering, elevator industry experience would be advantageous.
- Working experience of safety regulations and compliance.
- Enthusiastic and committed to delivering exceptional service.
- An inspiring leader with an inclusive and collaborative style.
- Effective communication and relationship building skills.
- A strategic mindset blended with a tactical, hands-on approach.
- Prioritized organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple projects, programs, and objectives.

Benefits
The annual salary range for this role is $155,000 to $175,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

The job duties for this role require work to be performed 100% in the office or on job sites. Remote work is not available.
Pay
The annual salary range for this role is $155,000 to $175,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
