Sr Manager, Fixed Income Service (PL)
About the role
As Senior Manager, Fixed Income Service, you will lead a team of professionals supporting clients with fixed income education, guidance, trade facilitation, and complex service needs. Your work will directly influence client experience, service execution, operational discipline, risk management, employee development, and cross-functional partnership across Fixed Income Sales, Trading, Operations, Risk, Supervision, Compliance, Product, and technology partners.
In this role, you will coach and develop team members, set clear expectations, inspect progress against service and risk outcomes, and create consistent leadership practices through one-on-ones, team meetings, call reviews, performance conversations, and development planning. You will also help team members support client conversations involving fixed income products, trading, portfolio needs, liquidity needs, time horizon, and risk tolerance.
Responsibilities

- Coach employees, support development planning, and build team capability.
- Apply knowledge of fixed income markets, products, and solutions to support service outcomes.
- Reinforce procedures, documentation standards, supervision expectations, and risk controls.
- Lead through change, align with partners, and translate strategy into practical team execution.
Requirements
- Active FINRA Series 7, 63 or 66, and 9/10 licenses.
- Leadership experience in financial services, preferably fixed income, trading, service, wealth management, or a specialized client-facing environment.

Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree.
- CFA, CFP, CIMA, or familiarity with Schwab BondSource, Salesforce, Bloomberg, FactSet, Nexidia, or related reporting and workflow tools.
